A cut and polish also known as compounding or “buffing” is a process which is used to remove surface scratches, light oxidation and swirl/haze marks.A polish is designed to remove very minor surface imperfections such as scratches, swirls, spotting, oxidation, and improve gloss on newer or cars in good condition. Paint correction is a professional term for compounding and Mobile Polishing a car Services.Below are some examples of paint defects, if a defect is past the clear coat repainting would normally be your only option.

Yes we are fully insured to work on and drive your car.

If power and water is available it is preferred to reduce your overall cost of your car detail,  to reduce noise and so we can use more tools for better results, we also carry hose and leads up to 25m.For details in car parks or businesses where power and water isn’t available we can carry our own power and water.(please notify us ahead of time if we need to bring our own power/water.)

If it’s raining on the day the detail will be canceled or rescheduled unless there is under cover available.

Although this is very unlikely, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please speak with your Mobile Detailing staff member and they’ll fix it for you on the spot or provide a fair resolution.

This depends on the type, depth and cause of the scratch. Each case is different but we will try our best to remove the defect. If the scratch is too deep it may need to be resprayed by a professional spray painter.

No!, We also detail motorbikes, Rv’s, caravans, trucks, etc.

Please remove any personal items, baby seats, seat covers etc for best results, Otherwise we will clean around the items unless they are able to be easily lifted up to clean under or moved side to side, this includes glove boxes and centre consoles as well as general interior/boot.Please make sure there is enough room to work around the car and fully open all doors if shade is available it is appreciated and can improve exterior results (especially when polishing)If it is raining on the day the detail will be canceled or rescheduled unless there is under cover available.Excessive Pet hair, Red dirt or sand removal will incur additional charges.Please note excessive pet hair and sand can only be removed up to 95% in some cases, for more info please ask.Payment can be made via Cash, Visa/MasterCard, pay wave, or via invoice – direct deposit on request .All deposits paid are non refundable unless you cancel/reschedule with at least 48 hrs notice.All details paid in full will forfeit 20% of the payment unless you cancel/reschedule with at least 48 hrs notice.
